Production functions in their different ways have been widely discussed but applied and diffused mainly in agricultural economics, being particularly important to quantify the relationship between fertilization sources and crop yields. In this context, the purpose of this paper is to show the methodology of economic analysis of production, which uses the central rotable composition design to estimate the production function.
