Analysis of the internal factors of textile competitiveness in the Northeast Zone (Jaltenco, Acolman, Nextlalpan) of the State of Mexico

In this research the objective was to promote better competitiveness in the textile sector inside the Northeast Mexico State to impulse and to strength the regional economy. To identify the textile producers sector problematic in the Northeast region associated to the fulfillment of the quality, productivity and the innovation in a global market context to get better competiveness. Under the hypothesis that the internal factors that more influenced the competitiveness in the Northeast Zone (Jaltenco, Acolman y Nextlalpan) from Mexico State were: quality, productivity and innovation. It was used a documental, descriptive and in field methodology to make the sector analyses. The gotten results shown that the productivity in the region was limited by the low educative level, the micro-enterprise dominant, the national buying of supplies and the selling inside the country of the elaborated products. The quality is low also the innovation level. Concluding that is necessary the textile reactivation sector in the zone. And it is recommended to link the producers with the private enterprises to have a better innovation and productive knowledge and to raise a better products competitiveness.
