This research analyzed the factors that determine the probability of being adequately employed graduates of economics at the National University of Altiplano in 2014. For that proposed we performed descriptive and analytical analysis estimating a probabilistic model such as logit, which concluded that the relevant variables in the model were area where the graduate works (esector), complementary activities (otroempl), income (ingreso) and type of contract (contrato). Also, (the characteristics of graduates from economy on your employment situation) 70% of graduates is adequately employed, and the remaining 30% are unemployed and underemployed; and the length of employment of 1-3 years of the employees properly is 76% and 52% of unemployed graduates underemployed-employment remains in a period of 1 year. Finally, the probability of being employed properly has a direct relationship with esector variables, income and type of contract of 43.8%, 13.06% and 42,255 respectively; and it has a ratio of probability with indirect variable otroempl 23.21%.
